Both parties will operate in good faith. You have the opportunity to cancel your subscriptionat any time. Cancelling your subscription will not reserve your place, nor guarantee an opportunity to resubscribe and use the software or our services at a later date. All cancellation requests must be officially communicated to HITCloud via [email protected]. All HITCloud cancellation requests must be communicated at least 3 business days prior to their official renewal date. Cancellation of your subscription will revoke your access to the software or service at the end of the active billing cycle unless otherwise determind by HITCloud.

By using our software or services, you agree HITCloud holds undisputed ownership of any content published on, or via, any properties or accounts owned by HITCloud throughout and after the lifetime of your subscription.

HITCloud will allow a 30 day grace period after cancellation before repurposing or making any significant adjustments to HITCloud assets previously in use by the customer; including sites hosted on HITCloud accounts.

Customers that file credit card or PayPal disputes untruthfully or incorrectly may have their right of service revoked at our discretion.

Customers that do not pay their HITCloud product fees (monthly, annual, semi-annual subscriptions or split-pay packages) may have their right of service revoked at our discretion, including access to their HITCloud accounts. Non-paid fees are defined as any delinquent payments for HITCloud products that are not resolved (paid in full) by the customer within 27 days of their original payment due date. The company reserves the right to revoke any service, where a refund may or may not be given, at our discretion.
